Ashley Wardlow is a highly skilled Private Investigator, Certified Fraud Examiner, and nationally recognized expert on immigration-based marriage fraud. She is the first person in Illinois to successfully secure a marriage annulment based on immigration fraud, setting legal precedent now considered case law.

Wardlow has been featured on The Nancy Grace True Crime Show, where she shared her private investigator expertise on a range of complex crimes. Her sharp insight, personal experience, and forensic background made her a standout contributor in uncovering patterns that often go undetected.

Ashley’s journey began at Chicago State University, following her graduation from U.S. Army Reserve basic training, where she served as a Military Police Officer. While in uniform, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Criminal Justice, along with a minor in Spanish Linguistics. Her early research was published in analytical science journals, where she explored the potential of fruit- and berry-based compounds to treat Alzheimer’s disease and related symptoms.

She later earned a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Chemistry from Florida International University, where she was honored as both an MBRS RISE Scholar and a McNair Fellow. During her time at FIU, she invented a paper microfluidic device used in forensic serology.

Her academic achievements continued with a master’s in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a second master’s degree in Digital Forensics from the University of South Florida.

Ashley is a licensed private investigator in the State of Florida and works o help uncover and document suspected marriage fraud. Her investigative tools include subpoenas, surveillance, interviews, digital data extraction, and more—giving her clients both clarity and strategy.
